In these terms and conditions (as amended from time to time, these “Terms and Conditions”), whenever we use “UpJetso”, “us”, “we” and “our”, it refers to Uprise Technologies Limited of Room 2302, 23/F, New World Tower 1, 18 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong (Company Number 2986838), collectively, and when we use “you” and “your” it refers to anyone who are Eligible Customers (as described below).
We provide our services to you through our website located at http://www.upjetso.com (or any subsequent URL which may replace it) (the “Website”) and through our online content, software and services, whether accessed on the Website or through third-party websites, mobile sites and/or applications (collectively, such services, including any new features and applications, and the Website, the “Services”).
Eligible Customers (defined below) who successfully download the app of and complete first-time registration for and open a securities account from Webull Technologies Limited (“Webull”) (including approval) within the Promotion Period (each as defined below), maintain at least HK$10,000 (deposited in a single transaction) in the account for at least 60 days, make one Buy transaction in US stocks, will receive the Promotion Reward (defined below). The first 50 Eligible Customers who submit the UpJetso rewards redemption form will receive Additional Promotion Reward (defined below).
Promotion Period
Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of the Promotion is from 1 January 2022 to 31 January 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
The opening of the account and the deposit of the requisite amount must be approved and completed by the end of the Promotion Period.

Redemption Process for the Promotion Reward
The general redemption process set out on the Upjetso Website shall not apply to this Promotion. The redemption process for the Promotion Reward shall be governed solely by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
Customers whose applications for the Designated Securities account are approved by the securities provider are required to make the redemption according to the instructions in the Webull App in order to be eligible to receive the Promotion Reward. Customers who do not do so within the instructed period will not be eligible to receive the Promotion Reward, even if they fulfill all other conditions.
The first fifty (50) Eligible Customers ae required to submit the UpJetso Reward Redemption Form within 30 days upon ending of the Promotion Period in order to be eligible for the Additional Promotion Reward. Customers who do not submit the UpJetso Reward Redemption Form within this period will not be eligible to receive the Additional Promotion Reward, even if they fulfill all other conditions.
Participants who provide inaccurate or incorrect information during the process (as determined by UpJetso acting in its absolute discretion) will not be able to receive the Promotion Reward and Additional Promotion Reward.
The redemption process for the Additional Promotion Rewardmay take at least 60 days starting from the date on which the UpJetso Gift Reward Form is submitted, depending on the actual situation regarding customer eligibility approval or other factors that may affect eligibility for the Additional Promotion Reward.
Customers are required to redeem and collect the Additional Promotion Reward on or before 31st January 2022. Any queries regarding redemption, or redemption submissions of the Promotion Reward that are received after this date will not be handled, except for those already in progress. General Promotion Terms
In case of any disputes, UpJetso reserves the right to make the final decision in its absolute discretion, which shall be binding on all participants.
UpJetso reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including changing the Promotion Period or Promotion Reward or to terminate this Promotion with or without prior notice.
Promotion Rewards are not refundable nor exchangeable for cash or other rewards. All products and services relating to the Promotion are available while stock lasts. Customers are responsible for checking the quality of the Promotion Rewards at the time of redemption. UpJetso shall have no legal liability relating to any aspects of the Promotion Rewards including but not limited to its quality, supply, delivery and maintenance.
Promotion Rewards that remain unclaimed past the stipulated collection period (if any) will be forfeited.
By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby represent and warrant that they will comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws or regulations in connection with their participation in this Promotion and they will not use this Promotion for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to allow the product provider to update Upjetso with information regarding the status of their application, including whether or not said booking(s) and stay(s) are successfully completed and whether the participant has fulfilled all the conditions required to receive the Promotion Reward, for the purposes of verifying a participant’s eligibility for the Promotion Reward.
By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to UpJetso sharing their personal details with the product provider in order to accurately track the number of bookings and/or approvals, as well as to confirm whether a participant is eligible to receive any Promotion Reward, in accordance with UpJetso’s Privacy Policy.
Final availability of any product is determined by the product provider in its absolute discretion and is subject to their booking and offering criteria and capacity. Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee the availability of any product applied for. UpJetso does not guarantee the availability of any product applied for.
UpJetso accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of their participation in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, participants release UpJetso and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to this Promotion and the Promotion Reward.
UpJetso reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or confiscate in full or part any rewards if the participant is found to be, or reasonably suspected of participating in any form of fraudulent practices (including but not limited to false identities, doctoring images, wilful spamming or manipulation of any UpJetso’s processes, or website).
In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

In these terms and conditions (as amended from time to time, these “Terms and Conditions”), whenever we use “UpJetso”, “us”, “we” and “our”, it refers to Uprise Technologies Limited of Room 2302, 23/F, New World Tower 1, 18 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong (Company Number 2986838), collectively, and when we use “you” and “your” it refers to anyone who are Eligible Customers (as described below).
We provide our services to you through our website located at http://www.upjetso.com (or any subsequent URL which may replace it) (the “Website”) and through our online content, software and services, whether accessed on the Website or through third-party websites, mobile sites and/or applications (collectively, such services, including any new features and applications, and the Website, the “Services”).
Customers who, within the Promotion Period (each as defined below), successfully apply for and completed a stay at the Designated Hotel(s) and According Package(s) in our Promotion and submit the UpJetso Gift Reward Form within the given period will receive the Promotion Reward (defined below).
Promotion Period
Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of the Promotion is from 12:00pm 7 October 2021 to 18:00pm 31 October 2021, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
The stay must be incurred and completed from the beginning of the Promotion Period until 1 month after completion of the Promotion Period – i.e. 30 November 2021.
Eligible Customers
In order to receive the Promotion Reward and to comprise “Eligible Customers”, customers are required to, during the Promotion Period:
Submit booking(s) for stay(s) at the Designated Hotel(s) and According Package(s) via the designated link through UpJetso and complete your stay(s) at the Designated Hotel(s) and According Package(s) being booked during the Promotion Period;
If the application is not made via the designated link, or an Ad-blocker, tracking blocker or incognito mode is enabled during the application, it may not be counted as valid and may lead to the customer not being eligible for any rewards;
The payment for the aforementioned booking(s) must be made in the form of credit or debit cards and not with any vouchers or coupons of any form to be eligible for the Promotion Reward. If the payment is done via any sort of coupons or vouchers, the customers will not be eligible for the Promotion Reward;
UpJetso reserves the right to withhold any rewards where, according to its records, the booking is not made through UpJetso in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
Fully complete and submit the Upjetso Gift Rewards Form during the period from successfully booking until 7 days upon completing your stay(s) at the Designated Hotel(s) and According Package(s).

Promotion Reward
The Promotion Reward that an Eligible Customer will receive upon fulfilling the conditions above is one of the following:
Coupons with face value of HK$50 – Successfully completed booking(s) and stay(s) at the above Designated Hotel(s) and According Package(s), having spent HK$2,000 or above and less than HK$3,000 on those Designated Hotel(s) and According Package(s)
Coupons with face value of HK$100 – Successfully completed booking(s) and stay(s) at the above Designated Hotel(s) and According Package(s), having spent HK$3,000 or above on those Designated Hotel(s) and According Package(s)
Redemption Process for the Promotion Reward
The general redemption process set out on the Upjetso Website shall not apply to this Promotion. The redemption process for the Promotion Reward shall be governed solely by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
Customers who completed their stay(s) at the Designated Hotel(s) and According Package(s) are required to submit the UpJetso Gift Reward Form within 7 days of completion of their stay(s) in order to be eligible for the Promotion Reward. Customers who do not submit the UpJetso Reward form within this period will not be eligible to receive the Promotion Reward, even if they fulfill all other conditions.
Participants who provide inaccurate or incorrect information in the UpJetso Gift Reward Form (as determined by UpJetso acting in its absolute discretion) will not be able to receive the Promotion Reward.
The redemption process may take at least 30 days starting from the date on which the UpJetso Gift Reward Form is submitted, depending on the actual situation regarding customer eligibility approval and booking and stay completion status or other factors that may affect eligibility for the Promotion Reward.
Customers are required to redeem and collect the Promotion Reward on or before 31st December 2021. Any queries regarding redemption, or redemption submissions of the Promotion Reward that are received after this date will not be handled, except for those already in progress. General Promotion Terms
In case of any disputes, UpJetso reserves the right to make the final decision in its absolute discretion, which shall be binding on all participants.
UpJetso reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including changing the Promotion Period or Promotion Reward or to terminate this Promotion with or without prior notice.
Promotion Rewards are not refundable nor exchangeable for cash or other rewards. All products and services relating to the Promotion are available while stock lasts. Customers are responsible for checking the quality of the Promotion Rewards at the time of redemption. UpJetso shall have no legal liability relating to any aspects of the Promotion Rewards including but not limited to its quality, supply, delivery and maintenance.
Promotion Rewards that remain unclaimed past the stipulated collection period (if any) will be forfeited.
By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby represent and warrant that they will comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws or regulations in connection with their participation in this Promotion and they will not use this Promotion for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to allow the product provider to update Upjetso with information regarding the status of their application, including whether or not said booking(s) and stay(s) are successfully completed and whether the participant has fulfilled all the conditions required to receive the Promotion Reward, for the purposes of verifying a participant’s eligibility for the Promotion Reward.
By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to UpJetso sharing their personal details with the product provider in order to accurately track the number of bookings and/or approvals, as well as to confirm whether a participant is eligible to receive any Promotion Reward, in accordance with UpJetso’s Privacy Policy.
Final availability of any product is determined by the product provider in its absolute discretion and is subject to their booking and offering criteria and capacity. Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee the availability of any product applied for. UpJetso does not guarantee the availability of any product applied for.
UpJetso accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of their participation in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, participants release UpJetso and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to this Promotion and the Promotion Reward.
UpJetso reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or confiscate in full or part any rewards if the participant is found to be, or reasonably suspected of participating in any form of fraudulent practices (including but not limited to false identities, doctoring images, wilful spamming or manipulation of any UpJetso’s processes, or website).
In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

– 若申請人於禮券換領表格輸入錯誤資料，將無法得到相關獎賞。
– 換領流程由遞交換領表格起計需時至少16星期，所需時間或會因批核、簽賬及其他實際情況變動。
– 如有任何關於本次優惠的查詢，請於2021年11月30日或之前聯絡我們，逾期查詢恕不受理（正在跟進中的個案除外）。
– 如有任何爭議，Upjetso 保留最終決定權並對所有參加者具約束力。
– Upjetso保留更改推廣期的權利，並不作另行通知。
– 一旦同意此份條款及細則，你即在此聲明並保證你將遵守法例及與此活動有關之條例，以及你不會以此活動達至任何非法目的。
– 你若因參與此活動造成或承受任何破壞、損失、責任、傷害或失望，Upjetso 概不負責。
